Low water flow / slow water circulation

Your filter may be clogged with dirt, which can restrict water flow to the IcePod or even block it entirely.

The good news is that this issue is simple to fix by cleaning the filter.

A filter can typically be cleaned 2–3 times before requiring replacement. However, if it has been more than 30 days, replacing the filter is strongly recommended.

Important: Regularly cleaning or replacing the filter is essential, as a dirty filter can damage the pump. Please note that using a filter for more than two months voids the water chiller's warranty.
